We are currently recruiting Software Engineers and Developers to support Modeling & Simulation (M&S) in Manassas, VA.  As part of a mission-focused team, Software Engineers and Architects will support development of tactical and training systems that directly support the warfighter.

  • Design, develop, integrate, test and deploy high-fidelity, high-speed modeling, simulation and training software.
  • Work closely with engineers, managers, and critical stakeholders to understand system and usability requirements.
  • Provide inputs to system architecture and design approach, as part of the M&S Software team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with C/C++, Java, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft, Visual Studio, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, configuration control software (e.g. git/mercurial or equivalent).
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.


  • Experience related to DoD projects or customers.
  • User or developer level experience with JIRA, Trac, SharePoint, or similar workflow management tools.
  • Experience with High-Level Architecture (HLA) computer simulation standards.
  • Experience with high fidelity, high-framerate simulation and modeling for training systems and Software Integration Labs (SIL).
