Position Overview:

Use your strong HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems. Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.

Primary areas of expertise include:

  • Chilled water systems
  • Lager boilers and cooling towers
  • Computer a/c units
  • VAV rooftop systems (30 tons and larger)
  • Complex conventional electrical controls
  • Rooftop HVAC units and heat pumps
  • DX systems and other commercial HVAC/R equipment

What we’re looking for:

  • Master level experience troubleshooting, servicing and repairing HVAC equipment
  • Journeyman’s or Master’s HVAC License (preferred, but not required)
  • Completion of applicable trade school (preferred, but not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA certification
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • Must be able to work independently and without supervision
  • Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen and background check
