We are searching for an experienced Project Sales Professional to call on CEO’s, building owners and upper level management. We target the commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and institutional markets with proactive, industry leading HVAC products and services that show our customers’ bottom line cost savings in their facility-operating budget. This position looks at the entire facility including lighting, energy management, and HVAC to develop a project scope encompassing a full service solution for the client. Special emphasis is placed on assisting our customers in achieving a “Green" facility.
The critical success factor for this position is the ability to secure and maintain a number of key accounts by providing value through improving their business results. This is accomplished by a combination of tactics including improving productivity, reducing operating expenses, proposing innovative technical and process improvements delivered through superior customer service. This requires the development of client relationships by getting to know our client’s business, listening to their needs, and providing solutions through our network of resources. The Project Sales Executive must manage this activity within each of their accounts. Relationship building, organization, teamwork, communication, consultative sales skills, and a strong desire to learn new concepts will be keys to success in this position. The selected candidate must be flexible to performing other duties as assigned, which may be modified at any time.
A Bachelors’ degree is highly desirable, but experience in the HVAC industry in project sales can be a substitute.
This high profile, hands-on position requires a highly motivated, self-starter that is driven to succeed and wants to be the best in their field.
Must have a proven, stable employment record in the HVAC industry and a high level of sales proficiency.
A thorough understanding of HVAC mechanical systems and how to proactively estimate, propose, and sell these systems using financial based selling techniques is required.
