Job Description

Strategic Analysis, Inc. is currently seeking candidates to provide project analysis support to the Border Patrol and Air & Marine (BPAM) Program Management Office within the Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM). Ideal candidates are highly organized, motivated, and results driven individuals with an ability to excel in a team environment and regularly shift priorities to meet customer schedules. They will provide support in various facets of project analysis within their respective corridor or program, ensuring that all systems data are updated correctly, as well as assist in the development of required projects documentation and reporting. Mid-level candidates with at least 5 years’ recent and relevant experience will be considered.

    • Knowledge of acquisition method requirements
    • Capitalization process and requirements
    • Knowledge of procurement requirements, including how to create PRs, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and SOWs
    • Understanding of project lifecycle (inception through execution, and maintenance through disposal)
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting in the development of a PRD and routing it for signatures
    • Quality control of the TRIRIGA project once it has been created
    • Assisting the Project Manager in updating the FITT project information and TRIRIGA information
    • Assisting in the completion of the Substantially Complete (SC) actions
    • Conducting review and submission of the quarterly percent of complete (POC) and monthly upcoming SC report
    • Project and real property reporting
    • Development of Interagency Agreement (IAA) documentation
    • Review of Purchase Requisition Requests and Change Requests
    • Monthly review of risk logs, schedule information, and cost estimate information with the Project Manager
    • Support Project Managers (PMs) in execution of the project from a business management perspective.
    • Support Project Manager in the development, routing, and completion of Project Requirement Documents
    • Systems Updates and Quality Control (QC)
