Job Description

The HVAC Technician travels to various customer locations. Develops a professional one on one relationship with the customer. Assesses the customers concerns and prepares a plan of action with regard to correcting any HVAC problems or HVAC replacements. The HVAC Technician will then perform the work as specified in a professional and courteous manner with "Customer Satisfaction" being the primary concern. The candidate will be able to maintain, repair, install and/or replace Air Conditioners, and Electric Furnaces, Gas boilers and Hot Water Boilers.

Our service area covers Washington D.C and the greater Metropolitan area.


  • Installs and repairs residential and light commercial Air Conditioning and Heating Systems by performing the following duties.
  • Diagnose nature of HVAC problem and develop plan to correct while meeting local codes and safety requirements with the necessary material, labor and equipment.
  • Perform all HVAC work in a professional, courteous and proficient manner.
  • Replace or adjust defective or worn parts to repair systems.
  • Clean or direct other workers to clean boilers and auxiliary equipment.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.



  • HVAC Apprentice/Journeyman Marland Stae, Virginia or Washington D.C
  • CFC Certification – Type 1 & 2
  • Plumbing experience a plus
