Description:

Provides expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and/or project team based on specialized in-depth expertise in such fields as: engineering and technology; policy and administration; planning; analysis; training and development; facilities; communications; visual design; human capital; business; and management. Ensures that quality is an integral part of the development, design and manufacture of products or services. Monitors products and services throughout the life cycle; validates/verifies adherence to specified requirements through test and measurement activities; manages/leads quality assurance activities. Works closely with assigned staff, senior specialists or task leads. May direct the activities of specialists or other staff as necessary on activities related to the specified field or discipline.

Required Skills by Level:

SME

Geospatial-Intelligence (15-19 years in government or industry related experience). ? (U) Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process. Demonstrated experience in Commercial GEOINT, validating /verifying adherence to specified requirements. Demonstrated experience routinely interacting with senior-level directors and/or agency heads.

Demonstrated experience leading and directing teams of specialist, sharing knowledge with others and work as a team member. Demonstrated experience applying organizational, oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience providing strategic level decisions in a team environment.

 

EXPERT

A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience managing space, software purchases/licenses and hardware recapitalization efforts for the IC. A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience adhering to space planning and infrastructure management policies and procedures.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple organizations to address infrastructure requirements.

 

SENIOR 

A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience managing space, software purchases/licenses and hardware recapitalization efforts. A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience adhering to space planning and infrastructure management policies and procedures.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple organizations to address infrastructure requirements.

 

MID

Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community data and product types, missions and functions to include geospatial requirements process and production. Demonstrated experience in utilizing standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and especially spreadsheets to be able to inter-relate and effectively present geospatial data metrics. Demonstrated experience in building complex formulas within Microsoft Excel to extract data from large spreadsheets. Demonstrated experience of ESRI ArcMap and GIS Tools to be able to extract data and inter-relate this data to other metrics and sources.

Demonstrated experience in verbal and written communication and coordination skills to effectively work with individuals at all levels. Demonstrated experience with Geospatial-Intelligence sources and methods, and systems/tools.

 

JUNIOR

Experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business area. Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (i.e., government, industry) and may also include relevant/associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within related field; Years of Experience: 3-6

 

ENTRY 

Experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business area based on the specific needs of a task. Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (i.e., government, industry) and may also include relevant/associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practice.
