Customer Service Manager Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in customer service
    • at least 5 years in a Team Lead or Management position that is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of staff
  • Exposure to a service or trades base industry preferred, but not required
  • Firm grasp of internal communication styles with employees and customers from diverse backgrounds and generations
  • Must have a highly functional level of computer skills to include core the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc) as well as the ability and willingness to learn intern software for day-to-day business processes
  • Strong history of prioritizing decisions in a high call volume environment
