Position Summary: The Field Recovery Agent is responsible for providing the highest level of Customer Service to our Customers. You must be a service-oriented individual, able to communicate effectively and display a professional and positive demeanor. The Field Recovery Agent is responsible for reflecting 3 Step Collection’s standards of excellence consistently and serving as a reliable source for our customers at all times.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect and turn in equipment daily
  • Turn in daily route sheets to office
  • If applicable, collect any past due money owed by customer
  • Utilize cell phone, and land line phone to communicate with 3 Step and Comcast Employees
  • Provide leads on identification of unauthorized and/or terminated cable/phone accounts
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Compensation

  • Piece work, paid per volume produced ($500-$2,000 per week)
