Individual will be responsible for coordinating and planning ahead a labor schedule for several different teams. Often there will be multiple different job sites spread across different states. Individual must be detail oriented, organized, be able to communicate clearly, follow up with employees, and be able to revise a schedule based on company needs with little notice. Company truck provided or compensation for personal vehicle use.
Individual must have FOUR years experience managing field installers in several different job sites across different states at the same time.
Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel if needed.
Must be able to complete projects in a timely fashion in order to meet deadlines.
Must be able to communicate well with others including general contractors, employees, etc.
OSHA 30 minimum requirement. OSHA 500 preferred.
Must have computer skills and smart phone experience.
Must be able to interview and hire employees.
Salary will be based on experience level.
