POSITION SUMMARY- An Exciting Opportunity 

As a manager, this individual will exercise responsibility for developing and managing business operations that increase sales, profitability, market share and customer and employee satisfaction for a significant department.  This individual will be responsible for sales revenue, forecasting and meeting targeted quota objectives.

Customer Service

  • Achieve results and goals meeting deadlines
  • Execute directives, set objectives and plans in achieving sales results
  • The building of a framework within the department for collaboration, cooperation and effectiveness among team members in the accomplishment of objectives
  • The prioritization, timely accomplishment and meeting of deadlines leading to exceeding expectations with identified customer needs and expectations
  • Meets or exceeds targeted revenue goals
  • Oversees team and individual performance success through coaching, counseling and developing employees


Job Requirements

  • Solid management, customer service and leadership skills
  • B.A. or B.S. in Business or Management critical.  MBA a plus
  • Ability to meet or exceed established financial sales goals
  • Demonstrated strong customer service problem solving skills and decision-making
  • Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability
  • Maintains a “can do” attitude
  • A strong team builder and motivator who contributes and works with others accomplishing results and improving morale
