We are seeking a Junior Level Financial Analyst to provide Program, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) support for the Strategic Intelligence & Analysis Cell of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (ASD) Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (AT&L) Research & Engineering (R&E) Office of Net Technical Assessment (ONTA). 

Candidates must have a current SECRET clearance

Education and Experience Required

Current Secret Clearance

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience

Have familiarity with Defense Agencies Initiatives, a DoD accounting system would be highly desired

Proficiency in Microsoft programs

 

Responsibilities

Building and Updating SIAC’s Program Objective Memorandum

Maintaining and updating RDTE R-2 exhibits

Tracking SIAC Commitments, Obligations, and Execution data to include review contractor planned versus actual expenditures

Working with SIAC staff to process and coordinate Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs); Interagency Agreement funding actions; and exercising contract actions
