Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator ensures customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining a professional relationship and providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This person needs to be extremely organized as they will provide support to department managers, technicians, and customers on items like installation projects, billing, special programs, complaint investigation and solution development.


  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Must be proficient in the use of scheduling software such as Google Calendar
  • Required to communicate with technicians regularly to keep on track with the progress of the job
  • Will need to communicate with customers to address their needs and make sure that all issues are addressed expeditiously and professionally.
  • Enter and maintain data files



  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Organized, detail oriented, and able to operate with a sense of urgency to assist all customers
  • Previous exposure to the plumbing trade/business is beneficial, not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Safety and customer service oriented
  • Strong computer skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Including Excellent Telephone Skills
  • Upbeat personality with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
